How did your relationship with Purex begin?

It all started with enquires for main & pre-filter from my MNC customer, which I contacted Purex directly for a quote. I was then referred to a reseller who didn’t support me well and we kept losing the deal. After a few tries & losing the deals, I got to know Luke Fenton. He who took the time to understand what issues I was facing and gave me the support that I needed. Until today that good support is still there, standing strong! Uni-Bel has then been the main supplier/supporter to this MNC customer for their fume extractor’s spare part/consumable needs.

How has Purex’s innovation influenced the business over the years?

Giving customers a wide range of options, catering to different levels of financial budget and different industries.
